Born in Tokyo in 1951
Around 1970 Started more music activities, supported Agata Moriyo, Happy End, etc., and experienced many recording sessions. In 1972, he formed \'\'Hachimitsupai\'\'. Released the album \'\'Sentimental Street\'\' by developing pioneering activities of rock in Japanese. After the dissolution of Hachimitsupai, he formed Moonriders and made his debut with the 1976 album \'\'Hinotama Boy\'\'. In addition to his band activities, he is involved in the provision and production of a wide range of music such as a huge amount of CM music, idols, and enka, and game music such as \'\'Mother / Mother2\'\', and has a great influence on people. In film music, he won the Japan Academy Award for Best Music for \'\'Zatoichi\'\' and \'\'Outrage Beyond ~ Final Chapter ~\'\' directed by Takeshi Kitano. Received the Best Music Award at the Sitges International Film Festival for \'\'Tokyo Godfathers\'\' directed by Satoshi Kon. In 2015, we celebrated the 45th anniversary of our musician life and held a commemorative live (tickets sold out) at Tokyo Mielparque Hall. He also has a face as an actor and has appeared in many movies and dramas.
